The facility landing page can be edited by any user given the permission to do so by the facility owner. A landing pages is made up of a fixed search bar which can then be customised using simple blocks to build up the page
Blocks allow you to set up pre-set layouts on the page, such as multiple columns, an image carousel or feature boxes above or below the fixed search area. You will see a drop down which allows you to add new blocks and edit or delete existing blocks.
To add a block, select the type from the drop-down and click add. For example, a single column block will show this:
Give the block a title (this will show in the block list so you know what it contains), and then select the location (-ve for before the search box, +ve for after). If you add a spacer, then a horizontal line will be shown between the block and the next item. You can switch between HTML - and entering text in the WYSIWYG box - or change to a special content type. Once done, click save to store the changes.
Columns default to contain HTML (using the WYSIWYG editor) but can be set to special content - a twitter feed or an image overlay (image with text over).
you can upload images which can then be used in the different block types.
From the manage landing page, click on the upload image/files button.
Click the browse button to find the images you want to upload. You can select multiple files.
Set the scope - show to all, or limit to me only. This determines who can 'use' your images on facility pages.
Click upload files to server
Your files will then be available in the various blocks.
