Synergy-S(Cu) Single Crystal X-Ray Diffractometer

Small-molecule single-crystal X-ray diffractometer.This diffractometer is a Rigaku XtaLAB Synergy-S diffractometer, using a PhotonJet-S microfocus sealed-tube to generatre Cu Kα radiation. It includes MAX multi-layer mirror optics, and is equipped with a HyPix-Arc 100° Hybrid Photon Counting (HPC) detector. An Oxford Cryosystems Cobra cryocooler enables data-collection between 80 and 400 K, with data routinely collected at 100 K.
