Hard radiation diffractometer for operando and PDF studies

Hard radiation diffractometer, usually fitted with Ag Kα radiation, though Mo and Cu also available as options.

Capable of operando diffraction experiments on kapton-windowed coin cells, single layer pouch cells or a proprietary EL-CELL electrochemical cell. Connects to 8-channel Maccor potentiostat.

Other modes of operation:

• total scattering of powdered specimens mounted in glass capillaries
• computed tomography
• variable temperature diffraction (including PDF) from 80 - 500 K (coming soon)
• microdiffraction
• texture analysis using pole figures
• diffraction on large and/or irregularly shaped specimens
• high pressure diffraction experiments using a diamond anvil cell (coming soon)
