Hitachi TM-4000-Plus Tabletop SEM

The TM4000Plus tabletop SEM can be used for routine scanning electron microscopy imaging of samples including amorphous or crystalline powders, extrudates, 3D printed items, and any other suitable submitted samples.  A trained operator is required to operate the instrument. Samples must be clean and dry.
