Single Crystal X-Ray Diffractometer
Rigaku Oxford Diffraction, FR-X XtaLAB P200 
Small-molecule single-crystal X-ray diffractometer using an FR-X rotating-anode generator to produce molybdenum Kα radiation. The diffractometer is equipped with an Osmic Varimax monochromator and XtaLAB P200 HPAD detector. An Oxford Cryosystems Cobra cryocooler enables data-collection between 80 and 500 K, with data routinely collected at 93 K.
