Surface energy can impact important parameters including cohesion, wettability, blending homogeneity.

Solvents used will typicaly be 3 of the following alkanes (hexane, heptane, octane, nonane, decane, undecane) and monopolar solvents ethyl acetate and dichloromethane.

Minimum of 1 g of dry material. Sample must fit down a column of 4 mm internal diameter. Sample cannot be recovered after testing.
